Hot-Melt Adhesives EVA
 
Due to their versatility and durability, EVA hot melt adhesives are used in several industries and for a wide variety of applications. In the furniture industry, EVA adhesives in granular form are the most traditionally used in edgebanders.
Duditerm 551
  • With properties such as good initial melting, temperature resistance and high cohesion, Duditerm 551 is the most “versatile” adhesive on the market.
  • Superior ability to adapt to different ambient temperatures (see technical data sheet), different speeds and different machine models.
  • Available in color Natural (ivory) and White. The white version has an extraordinarily "pure white" hue and is therefore suitable for gluing white edges on white decoratives, creating an almost imperceptible joining thread.
Duditerm 584
  • With properties such as good initial melting, temperature resistance and high cohesion, Duditerm 584 is an adhesive with no added fillers and excellent temperature resistance.
  • Available in color Transparent Honey and White. The transparent version is suitable for any edge and decorative color, creating an almost imperceptible joining thread especially in dark colors.
Hot Melt 788.3


 
  • Adhesive to be applied to manual or low-melting edges (round edges).
  • Ideal for applications with low processing temperatures, starting at 130 ° C.
  • Long open time and high adhesion.
  • Available in color Natural (ivory), White and Black.
 
 
PUR Reactive Hot Melt Adhesives
 
The reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive, usually called PUR, is a solvent-free adhesive that is dispensed hot before processing and applied in the molten state.
After completing the cross-linking, PUR bonding compared to traditional Hot Melts has a much stronger bond, with superior resistance to moisture, water, high temperatures and chemicals.
Duditerm PU145
  • It is a universal adhesive with high temperature resistance..
  • Available in color Natural (transparent) and White. The natural version is suitable for any edge tone, creating an almost imperceptible joining thread especially in dark colors.
  • The white version has an extraordinarily "pure white" hue and is therefore suitable for gluing white edges on white decoratives, creating an almost imperceptible joining thread.
Duditerm PU157LM
    Low Monomer    
  • It is a universal adhesive with high temperature resistance.
  • Adhesives with a low monomer content considerably reduce the health risk for operators.
  • At the time the adhesive is being melted it releases several vapors containing monomer isocyanate (MDI) which can have acute toxic properties. The reduction of these dangerous substances reduces the toxicity of the vapors and consequently reduces the risks associated with the health of the operators
  • The PU 157LM adhesive maintains the known attributes of traditional PUR adhesive, such as high heat resistance, water resistance and superior strength.
PUR 707.9
  • Hot-melt adhesive based on Reactive Polyurethane (PUR) specially designed to apply PUR adhesives to edge banding machines that only has granulated adhesive fuser.
  • Available in practical, hermetically sealed aluminum pouches, it allows dosing smaller quantities and quickly switching between different colors of adhesive.
  • Available in color Natural and White.
 
Hot Melt Adhesives PO (Polyolefin)
      Duditerm PO 615
  • Granulated adhesive Hot Melt Polyolefin (PO) based with good adhesion properties and high temperature resistance.
  • Very good oxidation stability (low tendency to carbonization).
